AI-enabled tools, partner integrations and database connectivity simplify sales, onboarding and customer servicing
ICICI Prudential Life Insurance has upgraded its Partner Stack with new capabilities, introducing ‘ICICI Life Partner Stack 2.0’ to support its advisors and distribution partners across sales, onboarding and customer servicing.
The platform brings together AI-enabled tools and deeper partner-system integrations to simplify customer journeys. The eQuote App uses an AI-based product recommender to suggest products based on customer segment and life stage, while enabling advisors to generate and share personalised quotations. LIVA, an AI-enabled chatbot, helps advisors access product features and quotations while engaging with customers.
Commenting on the launch, Mr. Amish Banker, Chief Distribution Officer, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, said, “Our advisors and distribution partners play an important role in helping customers understand and access life insurance solutions. ICICI Life Partner Stack 2.0 is aimed to give them digital and AI-enabled tools that make everyday operations simpler and customer friendly – from identifying suitable solutions and generating quotations to onboarding and servicing. By integrating these capabilities with partner systems, we are making processes faster and more seamless so our partners can focus on understanding and serving customer needs.”
Partner Stack 2.0 integrates with partner CRM platforms and enables API-based customer service requests and digital status updates. Group partners can also use APIs to share member details, register claims and submit servicing requirements.
Integrations with UIDAI, CERSAI, Vahan, GSTN, EPFO, CAS and Perfios can pre-fill up to 70% of application forms. The platform also offers ASBA and WhatsApp-based premium payments, along with AI-enabled pre-issuance video verification.
The Company has over 200 partner-system integrations, with 99% of business applications received digitally. In Q1 FY2027, it recorded 27 million digital service interactions, while 54% of savings policies were issued on the same day. Its claim settlement ratio stood at 99.3%, with an average turnaround time of one day for non-investigated individual death claims.
