In a major boost to its Bengaluru portfolio, Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL) has announced a staggering ₹2,000 crore in sales during the launch phase of its township project Barca @ Godrej MSR City in Devanahalli. The Mumbai-based real estate developer sold over 1,450 homes, covering a total area of approximately 2.2 million square feet, making it the most successful launch in North Bengaluru both by volume and value.
Godrej MSR City, spanning a total developable area of 5.6 million square feet, is GPL’s largest residential development in the city. With a substantial portion of the project yet to be launched, the company expects to unlock further sales momentum in the coming years.
Inspired by Mediterranean living, Barca @ Godrej MSR City is designed around expansive green landscapes, sunlit terraces, and a sprawling 1.5 lakh square feet clubhouse. The project promises a blend of luxury, wellness, and convenience through resort-style amenities, co-working spaces, and vibrant community zones.
Strategically located in Devanahalli—one of Bengaluru’s fastest-growing zones—the township benefits from proximity to Kempegowda International Airport, proposed metro lines, and key arterial roads such as NH 44 and the six-lane Bellary Road. With growing connectivity and the presence of IT and aerospace hubs, the area continues to draw interest from homebuyers looking for future-ready neighborhoods.
Commenting on the milestone, Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO of Godrej Properties, said:
“The phenomenal response to Godrej MSR City validates the demand for integrated townships offering lifestyle, connectivity, and value. We remain committed to delivering exceptional quality and experiences for our customers. We deeply appreciate the trust our buyers and partners have placed in us.”
With the success of this project, Godrej Properties has further cemented its position as a major player in Bengaluru’s real estate landscape.
