Moglix has announced the appointment of Amit Kumar as Managing Director and Chief Business Officer. Based in Ahmedabad, he will join the company’s central leadership team and lead the expansion of emerging business segments and strategic growth opportunities.

Amit Kumar brings more than two decades of experience across business leadership, enterprise transformation, and management consulting. Prior to joining Moglix, he served as Group CEO and Executive Director at Symphony Limited, where he led business growth, digital transformation, and supply chain restructuring initiatives. He has also held senior leadership roles at KPMG India, EY, and PwC, advising companies across sectors including automotive, FMCG, chemicals, and industrial manufacturing.

Rahul Garg, Founder and CEO of Moglix & Credlix, said, “India’s industrial transformation is accelerating rapidly, and Moglix is building the infrastructure that will power this next phase of growth. Amit’s leadership experience across industrial sectors and enterprise transformation aligns strongly with our long-term vision.”

Commenting on his appointment, Amit Kumar said, “Moglix is uniquely positioned at the intersection of manufacturing, supply chains, and technology. I look forward to contributing to the company’s journey as it builds globally scalable industrial solutions from India.”

The appointment comes as Moglix continues expanding beyond procurement into trade finance, AI-driven supply intelligence, and industrial operating infrastructure.
