Stanley Lifestyles Limited (BSE: 544202 | NSE: STANLEY), one of India’s leading luxury furniture and home solutions brands, has elevated Venkataramana Gorti (Venkat) from Joint Managing Director to Managing Director, effective May 27, 2026.
The leadership transition comes as the company enters its next phase of growth, focused on expanding its retail footprint, strengthening manufacturing capabilities, enhancing customer experiences and driving innovation across its operations.
Venkat has played a key role in strengthening Stanley’s operational framework, improving manufacturing efficiencies, building resilient supply chains and creating scalable systems to support long-term growth. In his new role, he will oversee the company’s overall strategy and execution while advancing its vision of becoming India’s most admired luxury furniture and home solutions brand.

A mechanical engineer and Executive General Management Programme alumnus of IIM Bangalore, Venkat brings over three decades of global leadership experience across strategy, operations, supply chain management and business transformation, having held senior roles at ABB, Oracle, GE, Honeywell, Flextronics and other leading organisations.
