Jio has reintroduced its Jio Prime Membership Programme as part of its 10-year celebrations, offering customers additional price certainty and exclusive benefits.
The ₹300 one-time membership allows eligible customers to continue recharging with their preferred Jio plans at today’s prices until September 5, 2027, irrespective of any tariff revisions during the price-guarantee period. Jio’s existing tariff plans, including the ₹299 plan, will continue to be available to all users.
Originally introduced as a gesture of gratitude to Jio’s first 100 million customers, Jio Prime has now been reintroduced for Jio’s family of more than 500 million users.
Members will also receive cashback vouchers worth ₹600, comprising a ₹300 voucher redeemable against a new JioHome or JioPC connection and another ₹300 voucher for adding a new Jio SIM connection for friends or family.
Jio Prime members will additionally receive early access to new Jio products, services and trials, priority customer support through a dedicated service channel and other member-exclusive benefits announced during the membership period.
The membership is open to existing prepaid and postpaid Jio customers. Customers on other networks can join by porting to Jio or taking a new Jio connection.
Customers can enrol through the MyJio app, Jio.com, Jio Stores and authorised Jio partner stores.
