Renault India has launched the new Triber 100PS, introducing its Renault Group Entry Platform (RGEP) to the Indian market. Priced from ₹7.84 lakh (ex-showroom), the seven-seater combines a turbocharged engine with Triber’s flexible seating layout and sub-four-metre dimensions.
Powered by the TCe 100 engine, the Triber 100PS produces 100 PS and 180 Nm of torque and delivers a certified fuel efficiency of 21 kmpl. Renault has also reworked the engine management, thermal systems, suspension, braking and structural elements to improve performance and driving dynamics.
The vehicle retains Triber’s 5-, 6- and 7-seat configurations, along with features such as Easy-Fix third-row seats, an 8-inch touchscreen, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, cruise control and independent rear air-conditioning. Six airbags and 21 safety features are offered as standard.
