Chennai-based consumer durables and electronics retailer Sathya Agencies Limited, which has acquired Unilet Appliances Private Limited to strengthen its presence in Karnataka. India’s 5th largest consumer electronics retailer by revenue from operations in FY2025, Sathya Agencies is gearing up for its first major Dussehra and Diwali festive season in the state, with attractive offers for consumers across the region.

The Company has received final observations from SEBI in relation to the proposed initial public offering on June 25, 2026.
