Meesho Limited will launch its Initial Public Offering on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, with the Anchor Investor bidding scheduled for Tuesday, December 2. The issue will close on Friday, December 5.
The price band has been set between ₹105 and ₹111 per equity share of face value ₹1. Investors can place bids starting from 135 shares and in multiples thereafter. The Red Herring Prospectus is available at the company’s investor website.
The IPO consists of a fresh issue worth ₹42,500 million and an Offer for Sale of 105,513,839 shares by existing shareholders, including promoter group members Vidit Aatrey and Sanjeev Kumar, along with several institutional and individual stakeholders.
The Offer follows the Book Building Process under SEBI regulations. At least 75% of the issue is earmarked for Qualified Institutional Buyers, with up to 60% of that portion available for Anchor Investors. Up to 15% is reserved for Non-Institutional Investors and 10% for Retail Investors.
The equity shares are proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE, with NSE as the designated exchange.
Kotak Mahindra Capital, J.P. Morgan India, Morgan Stanley India, Axis Capital, and Citigroup Global Markets India are the Book Running Lead Managers, while KFin Technologies Limited will act as the registrar.
