Hexaware Technologies has entered into a strategic partnership with CareInsight, an AI-native healthcare technology firm, to accelerate the adoption of scalable artificial intelligence solutions across healthcare systems. The collaboration combines CareInsight’s AI-powered healthcare platforms with Hexaware’s expertise in digital transformation and enterprise implementation.

Healthcare organizations are under growing pressure to move beyond isolated cost-control measures and unlock value through data-driven decision-making. However, fragmented data systems, legacy infrastructure, regulatory demands and shifting patient utilization trends continue to slow progress. This partnership aims to address these challenges by embedding AI into core administrative and clinical workflows.

CareInsight’s platforms — including careassistant.ai™, carewallet.ai™, voice assist and health3d.ai™ — will integrate with Hexaware’s healthcare solutions to enhance care coordination, automate routine processes, improve patient engagement and enable real-time analytics. The goal is to shift organizations from pilot projects to large-scale, production-ready AI deployments.

The alliance emphasizes secure data integration and compliance-ready architecture, ensuring healthcare providers and payers can adopt AI responsibly while meeting regulatory requirements. By aligning artificial intelligence with cloud, automation and digital capabilities, the companies intend to deliver measurable gains in operational efficiency, financial performance and care outcomes.

Through this collaboration, both organizations seek to make AI a practical, everyday tool for healthcare enterprises — supporting smarter decisions, streamlined operations and improved patient experiences at scale.

Shantanu Baruah, President & Global Head – Healthcare, Life Sciences & Insurance, Hexaware, said, “Our partnership with CareInsight reflects Hexaware’s commitment to move beyond technology modernization toward outcome-driven transformation. Together, we will help payers and providers operationalize AI at scale, accelerate value-based equitable care, and deliver measurable, real-world impact for our customers.”

“For CareInsight, this partnership is a key step in bringing our AI-native platform and intelligent agents into complex, real-world healthcare environments, said Raj Kadam, CEO of CareInsight. ’By combining our AI-native platform and intelligent agents with Hexaware’s proven track record in enterprise implementation and deep healthcare domain expertise, we can help organizations move from AI pilots to production-scale deployment faster than ever before.”
