Bengaluru-based developer Fortune Primero has received RERA approval (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/260226/008489) for its first residential project, ‘Seven Sarjapur’. Located along the rapidly developing Sarjapur–Attibele corridor, the 15-acre project marks the company’s expansion from commercial real estate into premium housing.
Designed with 85% open space, the development allocates 11 acres to residential towers and 4 acres to a planned commercial and retail hub, creating an integrated live-work ecosystem. The project will offer 2, 3 and 4 BHK high-rise residences in East Bengaluru.
A key architectural highlight is six elevated skybridges themed around global cities—Kyoto, London, Singapore, Norway, Seoul and New York—each designed as lifestyle zones featuring landscaped walkways, leisure spaces and viewing decks to promote community interaction.
Unit allocation for customers who submitted Expressions of Interest is scheduled for 7th and 8th March 2026, with revised pricing effective from 9th March. The project has already attracted over 400 registrations.
Commenting on the milestone, Raahil Reddy, Director -Residential Projects, Fortune Primero said: “Securing RERA approval for ‘Seven Sarjapur’ marks a pivotal step in Fortune Primero’s evolution from commercial excellence to residential innovation. Our decades in commercial real estate have instilled discipline, precision, and long-term thinking – values we now bring into the homes we build. ‘Seven Sarjapur’ is envisioned as more than a high-rise; it is designed as a thoughtfully integrated living ecosystem. The philosophy of ‘Seven’ reflects balance and completeness – blending design, wellbeing, sustainability, and community. With this project, we aim to create future-ready homes that respond to the aspirations of modern families while staying anchored in responsibility and intent.”
