Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) reported its highest-ever first-quarter booking value of ₹8,651 crore in Q1 FY27, registering a 22 per cent year-on-year growth, driven by strong demand across key markets. The company sold 3,738 homes spanning 6.2 million sq. ft. during the quarter, marking the sixth consecutive quarter in which bookings exceeded ₹7,000 crore.
